At LillToys, we want you and your little ones to love every purchase. If you are not fully satisfied with your order, we are here to help.
Return Eligibility
Returns are accepted only under the following conditions:
- Product received is damaged or defective
- Wrong item delivered
- Missing items in the package
To be eligible for a return:
- The item must be unused and in original packaging
- Return request must be raised within 7 days of delivery
- Product must include all tags, accessories, and packaging
Non-Returnable Items
For hygiene and safety reasons, the following items are non-returnable unless damaged:
- Baby teethers
- Personal care products
- Opened or used items
- Products damaged due to misuse
Return Process
To request a return:
- Email us at support@lilltoys.in
- Share your order number and product images
- Our support team will review your request within 24–48 hours
- Approved returns will receive return instructions
Refund Policy
Once the returned product is received and inspected:
- Refunds will be processed to the original payment method
- Refunds may take 5–7 business days to reflect in your account
- Shipping charges are non-refundable unless the error was from our side
Replacement Policy
If you receive a damaged or incorrect product, we may offer:
- Replacement product
- Store credit
- Full or partial refund
depending on product availability and issue type.
Cancellation Policy
Orders can only be cancelled before shipment.
Once an order has been shipped, cancellation requests cannot be accepted.
Damaged Product Claims
If your product arrives damaged:
- Contact us within 48 hours of delivery
- Share clear photos/videos of the product and packaging
Claims without proof may not be eligible for refund or replacement.
